Returns

We aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If this happens, we have a straightforward return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Proces
To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out the form on our contact page and include your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Once your request is approved and you receive our return/exchange address, please return the item within 7 days following our instructions. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for confirmation, as we can only process a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note, we do not cover the shipping costs for returned items.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and proceed with a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Important: Please contact us before returning any product to initiate the return/exchange process. Direct returns without prior contact will not be accepted. Email us at info@modaveo.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Refunds/exchanges are only issued for items that comply with our Return/Exchange Policy.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Do not send return items to the sender's address from your package. Contact us to obtain the correct return address for your order. Depending on the availability of the item you ordered, it may have been dispatched from an alternative supplier, potentially located overseas.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
To be eligible for a return/exchange, all items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered. Please note that items sent to you as a replacement or exchange are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that modaveo.com is not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect or incomplete consignee information (order address, contact number, or consignee name). In such cases, we are unable to provide a refund. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@modaveo.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible. We are here to help.

Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive and confirm your returned items meet the refundable conditions at our warehouse, we will process your refund/exchange within 5 business days at no extra cost to you.

For the best customer service, we will notify you via email once your return package has been received and let you know if the items qualify for a refund. We will send a second email when the refund is on its way to you. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to arrive.
