To ensure your parcel is delivered correctly and within the advertised time frames, please ensure your address is entered accurately and includes all relevant and required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or flat numbers, and route information (if applicable) are crucial for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered parcels if the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or incomplete.

The delivery period consists of two phases:

Processing Time: Within 1-2 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Your parcel will then be prepared for delivery.

Delivery Time: After the parcel is collected by our courier, delivery will take:

  • United Kingdom: 3-10 business days

Please note that during sales periods, we may experience a higher volume of orders, which could result in slight delays.

*All delivery times exclude customs delays. During busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday, additional delays may occur.

Where is my parcel?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on our website.

*For logistical reasons, your delivery may be sent in multiple parts.

My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. We appreciate your patience. If the tracking number does not provide any information after this period, please contact us for assistance!
